Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Parramatta Park in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Accommodation and Food Services (213 females or 24.4%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (202 females or 23.1%)
  • Retail Trade (76 females or 8.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 491 females in total or 56.2% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Cairns employed 10.7% in Accommodation and Food Services; 27.2% in Health Care and Social Assistance; and 11.0% in Retail Trade.
