Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Edge Hill in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (497 people or 23.7%)
  • Education and Training (216 people or 10.3%)
  • Retail Trade (187 people or 8.9%)

In combination, these three industries employed 900 people in total or 43.0% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Trinity Beach employed 18.2% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 9.7% in Education and Training; and 8.9% in Retail Trade.
