On the other hand, recent arrivals in student housing may have mainly 1 and 2 person households.

Dominant groups
Analysis of the number of Hindi speakers usually resident in a household in the City of Parramatta compared with Greater Sydney shows that there was a similar proportion of Hindi speakers in lone person households, and a lower proportion in larger households (those with 4 persons or more). Overall there was 3.5% of Hindi speakers in lone person households, and 42.3% in larger households, compared with 3.6% and 53.1% respectively for Greater Sydney.
The major differences between the household size for Hindi speakers in the City of Parramatta and Greater Sydney were:
