Analysis of the ancestry responses of the population in North Parramatta in 2021 shows that the top five ancestries nominated were:
- English (2,026 people or 16.8%)
- Australian (1,994 people or 16.5%)
- Chinese (1,334 people or 11.1%)
- Indian (1,166 people or 9.7%)
