Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Lammermoor in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Mining (120 males or 19.2%)
  • Construction (111 males or 17.8%)
  • Public Administration and Safety (49 males or 7.8%)

In combination, these three industries employed 280 males in total or 44.8% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Livingstone Shire Council area employed 17.1% in Mining; 17.5% in Construction; and 7.3% in Public Administration and Safety.
