Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Southport - North in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Accommodation and Food Services (579 males or 14.2%)
  • Construction (485 males or 11.9%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (453 males or 11.1%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,517 males in total or 37.1% of the total employed male resident population.
