Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in City of Bayside in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (16,991 people or 33.6%)
  • Managers (12,136 people or 24.0%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (6,074 people or 12.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 35,201 people in total or 69.7% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Sandringham Activity Centre employed 33.7% in Professionals; 22.5% in Managers; and 13.6% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.
