Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in City of Bayside in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (8,977 females or 36.0%)
- Managers (4,566 females or 18.3%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (4,510 females or 18.1%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 18,053 females in total or 72.5% of the employed female resident population.
In comparison, Bay Street Activity Centre employed 35.1% in Professionals; 22.2% in Managers; and 19.0% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.
The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of the City of Bayside and Bay Street Activity Centre were:
