An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in City of Bayside in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

- Education and Training (3,376 females or 13.6%)
- Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (3,272 females or 13.1%)

In comparison, Sandringham Activity Centre employed 18.6% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 12.5% in Education and Training; and 13.5% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.
The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of the City of Bayside and Sandringham Activity Centre were:
