The size of Castlefield Ward's female labour force in 2016 was 3,520, of which 1,840 were employed part-time and 1,393 were full time workers.
Analysis of the female employment status (as a percentage of the labour force) in Castlefield Ward in 2016 compared to Greater Melbourne shows that there was a higher proportion in employment, and a lower proportion unemployed.
