Dominant groups
Analysis of the language spoken at home by people aged 25 to 34 years in Albury City in 2021 compared to Cities of Albury and Wodonga shows that there was a smaller proportion of people who spoke English only, and a larger proportion of those speaking a non-English language (either exclusively, or in addition to English).
Overall, 78.8% of people aged 25 to 34 years spoke English only, and 15.1% of% spoke a non-English language, compared with 81.9% and 12.5% respectively for Cities of Albury and Wodonga.
