Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings for people aged 25 to 34 years in Albury City in 2021 compared to Cities of Albury and Wodonga, shows that there was a higher proportion of people aged 25 to 34 years in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and a lower proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.
Overall, 21.4% of people aged 25 to 34 years were in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and 34.2% in 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 17.2% and 37.1% for Cities of Albury and Wodonga respectively.
