Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Randwick City in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (11,315 males or 33.3%)
  • Managers (6,809 males or 20.0%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (5,117 males or 15.1%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 23,241 males in total or 68.4% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, New South Wales employed 22.4% in Professionals; 17.0% in Managers; and 19.3% in Technicians and Trades Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Randwick City and New South Wales were:
