Analysis of male individual income levels in SSROC region in 2021 compared to Greater Sydney shows that there was a higher proportion of males earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a lower proportion of low income males (those earning less than $500 per week).
Overall, 22.8% of the male population earned a high income, and 24.2% earned a low income, compared with 20.7% and 25.8% respectively for Greater Sydney.
