Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Teesdale and District in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (313 people or 14.2%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (295 people or 13.4%)
  • Education and Training (212 people or 9.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 820 people in total or 37.2% of the total employed resident population.
