Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Wodonga Growth Area in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Public Administration and Safety (693 people or 20.0%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (592 people or 17.1%)
  • Retail Trade (336 people or 9.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,621 people in total or 46.8% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Martin Park employed 8.2% in Public Administration and Safety; 18.4% in Health Care and Social Assistance; and 10.5% in Retail Trade.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Wodonga Growth Area and Martin Park were:
