Dominant groups

Analysis of the housing tenure of households of the City of Wodonga in 2021 compared to Regional VIC shows that there was a smaller proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a larger proportion who were renters.

Overall, 28.1% of households owned their dwelling; 33.4% were purchasing, and 31.6% were renting, compared with 37.6%, 31.5% and 22.6% respectively for Regional VIC.
