Analysis of the household/family types in Wodonga Growth Area in 2021 compared to the City of Wodonga shows that there was a higher proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a similar proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 42.9% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 12.9% were one-parent families, compared with 26.9% and 12.7% respectively for the City of Wodonga.
There were a lower proportion of lone person households and a lower proportion of couples without children.
