Analysis of the male service age groups of Doncaster East in 2021 compared to Eastern Metropolitan Region shows that there was a higher proportion of males in the younger age groups (0 to 17 years) as well as a higher proportion of males in the older age groups (60+ years).
Overall, 23.0% of the male population was aged between 0 and 17, and 24.9% were aged 60 years and over, compared with 21.6% and 22.4% respectively for Eastern Metropolitan Region.
