Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Doncaster East in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (2,147 females or 31.3%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (1,402 females or 20.4%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (983 females or 14.3%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 4,532 females in total or 66.1% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, Westerfolds Ward employed 29.9% in Professionals; 22.7% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 12.3% in Community and Personal Service Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Doncaster East and Westerfolds Ward were:
