Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Norwood in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Health Care and Social Assistance (271 females or 31.4%)
- Education and Training (138 females or 16.0%)
- Retail Trade (108 females or 12.5%)
In combination, these three industries employed 517 females in total or 60.0% of the total employed female resident population.
In comparison, St Leonards - White Hills employed 32.9% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 12.6% in Education and Training; and 10.9% in Retail Trade.
The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Norwood and St Leonards - White Hills were:
