Dominant groups
Analysis of the need for assistance of people in the City of Boroondara compared to Glen Iris shows that there was a higher proportion of people who reported needing assistance with core activities.
Overall, 4.9% of the population reported needing assistance with core activities, compared with 3.1% for Glen Iris.
The major differences in the age groups reporting a need for assistance in Solway Ward and Glen Iris were:
