In 2021, there were more females working as professionals in the City of Banyule than any other occupation.

Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in City of Banyule in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (11,666 people or 37.0%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (6,265 people or 19.8%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (4,180 people or 13.2%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 22,111 people in total or 70.0% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, City of Banyule - Total population employed 32.8% in Professionals; 13.4% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 9.9% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
