Analysis of the household/family types in Landsdale in 2021 compared to Western Australia shows that there was a higher proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a higher proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 47.6% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 11.0% were one-parent families, compared with 30.2% and 10.0% respectively for Western Australia.
There were a lower proportion of lone person households and a lower proportion of couples without children. Overall, the proportion of lone person households was 14.4% compared to 23.8% in Western Australia while the proportion of couples without children was 22.6% compared to 25.4% in Western Australia.
