Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Chippendale in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (975 males or 43.3%)
  • Managers (347 males or 15.4%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (221 males or 9.8%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,543 males in total or 68.5% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Darlington employed 47.6% in Professionals; 15.2% in Managers; and 8.4% in Technicians and Trades Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Chippendale and Darlington were:
