Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Mountain Creek in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (1,315 people or 20.9%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (911 people or 14.5%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (883 people or 14.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 3,109 people in total or 49.4% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Peregian Springs employed 22.4% in Professionals; 13.8% in Technicians and Trades Workers; and 13.9% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
