Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Caboolture Planning Area in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (5,031 females or 26.5%)
  • Retail Trade (2,468 females or 13.0%)
  • Education and Training (2,125 females or 11.2%)

In combination, these three industries employed 9,624 females in total or 50.7% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Woodford area employed 20.6% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 9.9% in Retail Trade; and 10.9% in Education and Training.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Caboolture Planning Area and Woodford area were:
