Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Elimbah in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (233 females or 22.3%)
  • Education and Training (166 females or 15.9%)
  • Retail Trade (129 females or 12.3%)

In combination, these three industries employed 528 females in total or 50.5% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Albany Creek employed 25.6% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 16.4% in Education and Training; and 9.7% in Retail Trade.
