Parkville is the northernmost area in the City of Melbourne. Park Street lies on the northern boundary; Bowen Crescent, MacPherson Street, Lygon Street are on the eastern boundary (which skirts around the Melbourne Cemetery). The southern boundary tracks MacArthur Road, College Crescent, Royal Parade, Story Street and Park Drive before heading southwest along Flemington Road. The western boundary mainly follows the M2 Citylink.
