Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Aspendale in 2021 compared to Waterways shows that there was a lower proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a higher proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 40.5% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 10.2% were one-parent families, compared with 60.9% and 9.4% respectively for Waterways.
