Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Westmeadows in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (391 males or 25.9%)
  • Machinery Operators And Drivers (219 males or 14.5%)
  • Labourers (203 males or 13.5%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 813 males in total or 53.9% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Hume City employed 24.1% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 16.7% in Machinery Operators And Drivers; and 12.9% in Labourers.
