Dominant groups

Analysis of the share of the female population attending educational institutions in FNQROC region in 2021 compared to Hinchinbrook (S) shows that there was a higher proportion attending primary school, a higher proportion attending secondary school, and a higher proportion engaged in tertiary level education.

Overall, 7.6% of the female population were attending primary school, 6.6% of the female population were attending secondary institutions, and 5.8% were learning at a tertiary level, compared with 6.5%, 5.9% and 3.1% respectively for Hinchinbrook (S).
