Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Eurobodalla Shire in 2021 compared to Surfside - Long Beach - Maloneys Beach - North Batemans Bay shows that 88.7% of the households owned at least one car, while 4.1% did not, compared with 90.5% and 3.7% respectively in Surfside - Long Beach - Maloneys Beach - North Batemans Bay.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a smaller proportion who owned just one car; a smaller proportion who owned two cars; and a larger proportion who owned three cars or more.
Overall, 37.3% of the households owned one car; 35.0% owned two cars; and 16.4% owned three cars or more, compared with 40.1%; 36.5% and 14.0% respectively for Surfside - Long Beach - Maloneys Beach - North Batemans Bay.
