Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Concord in 2021 compared to Russell Lea - Rodd Point shows that there was a higher proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a higher proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 41.9% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 10.2% were one-parent families, compared with 39.9% and 8.5% respectively for Russell Lea - Rodd Point.
