Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Drummoyne in 2021 compared to Cabarita shows that 87.4% of the households owned at least one car, while 8.6% did not, compared with 93.7% and 3.6% respectively in Cabarita.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car; a smaller proportion who owned two cars; and a smaller proportion who owned three cars or more.
Overall, 46.3% of the households owned one car; 31.5% owned two cars; and 9.6% owned three cars or more, compared with 34.4%; 44.2% and 15.2% respectively for Cabarita.
