Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Blacktown City in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (21,907 people or 26.6%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (18,658 people or 22.6%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (12,579 people or 15.3%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 53,144 people in total or 64.5% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Blacktown City - Total population employed 23.8% in Professionals; 15.2% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 10.0% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
