Analysis of the car ownership in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander households in Blacktown City Council in 2021 compared to [POPBMHH] shows that 82.8% of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander households owned at least one car and 14.8% did not, compared with 85.8% and 12.2% respectively for [POPBMHH] .
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car, a smaller proportion who owned two cars, and a smaller proportion who owned three cars or more.
