Dominant groups
Analysis of the weekly housing rental payments of households in Guyra - South Guyra compared to Ben Venue shows that there was a smaller proportion of households paying high rental payments ($450 per week or more), and a larger proportion of households with low rental payments (less than $250 per week).
Overall, 2.2% of households were paying high rental payments, and 40.7% were paying low payments, compared with 10.2% and 17.9% respectively in Ben Venue.
