Dominant groups

Analysis of the country of birth of people aged 18 to 24 years in the City of Whitehorse in 2021 compared to Greater Melbourne shows that there was a larger proportion of people born overseas.

Overall, 33.7% of people aged 18 to 24 years were born overseas, compared with 28.2% for Greater Melbourne.

The major differences between the countries of birth of people aged 18 to 24 years in the City of Whitehorse and Greater Melbourne were:
