Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Ku-ring-gai Council area in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (12,361 males or 41.3%)
  • Managers (8,105 males or 27.1%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (2,208 males or 7.4%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 22,674 males in total or 75.7% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Greater Sydney employed 26.5% in Professionals; 17.5% in Managers; and 16.8% in Technicians and Trades Workers.
