Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Kurrajong in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (283 people or 17.0%)
  • Education and Training (207 people or 12.5%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (180 people or 10.8%)

In combination, these three industries employed 670 people in total or 40.4% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, East Kurrajong employed 20.2% in Construction; 10.4% in Education and Training; and 9.4% in Health Care and Social Assistance.
