Dominant groups
The size of North Richmond's labour force in 2021 was 3,029, of which 868 were employed part-time and 1,671 were full time workers.
Analysis of the employment status (as a percentage of the labour force) in North Richmond in 2021 compared to Hawkesbury City shows that there was a similar proportion in employment, as well as a similar proportion unemployed. Overall, 96.8% of the labour force was employed, and 3.2% unemployed, compared with 96.8% and 3.2% respectively for Hawkesbury City.
Analysis of the labour force participation rate of the population in North Richmond in 2021 shows that there was a lower proportion in the labour force (58.9%) compared with Hawkesbury City (63.4%).
Emerging groups
