Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Eurobodalla Shire in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (1,649 males or 21.9%)
  • Retail Trade (795 males or 10.6%)
  • Public Administration and Safety (634 males or 8.4%)

In combination, these three industries employed 3,078 males in total or 40.8% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Dalmeny employed 18.3% in Construction; 10.1% in Retail Trade; and 9.1% in Public Administration and Safety.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Eurobodalla Shire and Dalmeny were:
