North Coogee – Rottnest Island is comprised of a coastal piece of land in the top northwest part of Cockburn, Rottnest Island and Carnac Island. The mainland area is bounded by the City of Freemantle and Hollis Park in the north, Rollinson Road, Cockburn Road, the locality of Hamilton Hill, Manning Park and Cockburn Road in the east, through Woodman Point Recreational Reserve in the south, and the coast in the west.
