The size of Armidale Regional Council area's male labour force in 2021 was 6,841, of which 1,697 were employed part-time and 4,405 were full time workers.
Analysis of the male employment status (as a percentage of the labour force) in Armidale Regional Council area in 2021 compared to Regional NSW shows that there was a lower proportion in employment, and a higher proportion unemployed. Overall, 94.3% of the male labour force was employed, and 5.7% unemployed, compared with 95.0% and 5.0% respectively for Regional NSW.
