Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings for non-English speakers in Albury City in 2021 compared to Cities of Albury and Wodonga, shows that there was a higher proportion of non-English speakers in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and a lower proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.
Overall, 28.1% of non-English speakers were in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and 37.4% in 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 23.0% and 40.9% for Cities of Albury and Wodonga respectively.
