Dominant groups

Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Wodonga Central in 2021 compared to the City of Wodonga shows that 78.7% of the households owned at least one car, while 11.8% did not, compared with 89.7% and 4.6% respectively in the City of Wodonga.

Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car; a smaller proportion who owned two cars; and a smaller proportion who owned three cars or more.

Overall, 41.2% of the households owned one car; 26.6% owned two cars; and 10.9% owned three cars or more, compared with 32.6%; 38.4% and 18.7% respectively for the City of Wodonga.
