The size of Willoughby City's female labour force in 2021 was 19,077, of which 6,525 were employed part-time and 9,841 were full time workers.
Analysis of the female employment status (as a percentage of the labour force) in Willoughby City in 2021 compared to NSROC Region shows that there was a similar proportion in employment, as well as a similar proportion unemployed. Overall, 95.5% of the female labour force was employed, and 4.5% unemployed, compared with 96.0% and 4.0% respectively for NSROC Region.
