Dominant groups

Analysis of the housing tenure of households of West in 2021 compared to Epping shows that there was a larger proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a smaller proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a similar proportion who were renters.

Overall, 33.1% of households owned their dwelling; 32.1% were purchasing, and 27.4% were renting, compared with 24.4%, 39.7% and 27.9% respectively for Epping.
