Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Lalor in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (833 females or 20.5%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (807 females or 19.9%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (778 females or 19.2%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,418 females in total or 59.6% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, Wollert employed 24.8% in Professionals; 18.3% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 23.0% in Community and Personal Service Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Lalor and Wollert were:
